NFT Marketplace

WGMI is an NFT marketplace built on the Aptos network, designed to offer an intuitive platform where users can seamlessly purchase, mint, create, and sell NFTs. It focuses on providing a smooth user experience within the Aptos ecosystem, making NFT transactions easy and accessible.

Defy is an innovative, crypto-based application designed to revolutionize the way users interact with digital currencies. The app features 3D avatar profiles, which users can personalize and upgrade using their earned rewards, adding an element of fun and personalization to the crypto experience.

This was a freelance project for a start-up, and the client was impressed with the final design delivery. My role involved designing the user interface for the entire website, ensuring responsiveness across all devices.

Goal

The goal is to create the leading NFT marketplace within the Aptos ecosystem, where users have full flexibility and are not limited by features when handling NFTs.

User research

In the early stages, user research was conducted to identify target users, their pain points, and the potential problems the WGMI NFT marketplace could solve.

In 2024, cryptocurrency ownership is projected at 6.8%, with over 560 million crypto users. NFT marketplaces are gaining traction in this expanding space. Backed by Aptos, the project initially supports the Aptos network, which has 2 million active users and over 20 million unique users, providing a strong base to attract NFT collectors and grow the marketplace.

These are the user group consists of artists, digital creators, and NFT Enthusiasts who are passionate about art, gaming and digital culture.
